Our Home Health Aide Services are provided under the supervision of an RN in accordance with the plan of care.

 

The Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistance shall provide the following services:

• Personal care - such as bathing, grooming, dressing 

• Checking vital signs

• Ambulation and Range of Motion exercise 

• Meal preparation

• Feeding 

• Turning and Transferring

• Household chores that are essential to the health of the patient 

• Reporting changes in the patients' condition and needs to the Supervisor
